Having had the wettest winter since records began, it’s hard to remember just what a fantastic summer we had in 2013 with temperatures soaring above 30 degrees at some of the events we attended.
So fingers crossed the weather is kind to us again in 2014 at the different shows, festivals, carnivals and events we’ll be heading to throughout the year with a Shoretrax portable MTB track, route guides, maps, info and advice to help people get out on their bikes.
Here are a few of the dates and venues we’re looking to be at so far:
Hertfordshire County Show, 24th & 25th May 2014
“The annual Hertfordshire County Show traditionally takes place over the late May Bank Holiday weekend, attracting up to 38,000 visitors & displaying the best of Hertfordshire. Come and see animals ranging from huge bulls to tiny ducks, spectacular displays and educational demonstrations. Join us for a fantastic family day out, combining free entertainment, fun, food and shopping. Bringing communities together we are ‘Proud to Promote Hertfordshire’.”

Chilterns Countryside and Food Festival, September 2014
Taking place at the stunning National Trust Ashridge Estate every year, the festival celebrates all things Chilterns. We’ll have a number of activities taking place over the weekend as well as competitions and some freebies. All details and precise dates are still to be confirmed.
